Production time

Everything is handmade. Please allow up to 15-25 business days for turn around. This is estimated, please remember I am a one woman show. I strive to stick to that TAT, but sometimes it falls around it. You can always email and ask for updates. Rush orders with next day TAT are always available for purchase.

Keepsake crewnecks may take longer due to the nature of the item. We do not want to rush through these items in the slightest as they’re irreplaceable. You can always message us to inquire about cost for a rush order.

Custom orders can take longer. Custom orders include nondiscussed changes to listings. (1-6 week turn around depending on items and current orders) current as of May is 16-30 business days for customs.

Currently, we don’t offer refunds, if there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately! We cannot promise to accommodate color/size changes once orders are placed as everything is made to order. No refunds for delays within USPS/UPS. For lost packages please read below.

Exchanges:

If an exchange has been accepted, buyers are responsible for exchange shipping cost or porch pick up exchange. Subject to restock fees if necessary. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any issues with items must be reported within 2 days of completion for porch pick up or delivery for shipments.

Lost Packages:

If your package seems to be lost in transit or not updating, please send me an email so I can look into it. Once I have confirmation of the package being lost in transit, I will remake the items and replace the package. No refunds unless the items cannot be remade
