Everything is handmade. Please allow up to 1-14 business days for turn around. This is estimated, please remember I am a one woman show. I strive to stick to that TAT, but sometimes it falls around it. You can always email and ask for updates.

Custom orders can take longer. Custom orders include nondiscussed changes to listings. (1-8 week turn around depending on items and current orders)

Currently, we don’t offer refunds, if there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately! We cannot promise to accommodate color/size changes once orders are placed as everything is made to order. No refunds for delays within USPS.

If an exchange has been accepted, buyers are responsible for exchange shipping cost or porch pick up exchange. Subject to restock fees if necessary. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any issues with items must be reported within 2 days of completion for porch pick up or delivery for shipments.
